Café La Manchuria was born to carry the heritage of our country all over the world, a tribute to the Colombian farmer and his love for its land. And it could only be achieved with an original product of the best quality, giving our culture the place it deserves.

Silky body and balanced flavor

A high altitude coffee carrying the sweetness of the sugar cane and honey from its land. Its silky body with a balanced sweet flavor, leaves notes of bitter chocolate in the aftertaste, which invite us to drink it again. Result of a meticulous manual harvest of perfectly red coffee cherries, marked by the characteristic profile of South West Antioquia’s coffee.

A coffee that preserves its natural honey

A carefully processed coffee, preserving its natural honey. This “honey”, is a gelatinous skin, naturally present around the coffee bean. It is dehydrated while drying, and stuck to the bean. Resulting in a more complex cup, with a pronounced sweetness, evened by a medium acidity and body. Its ripe pineapple fragrance preserves in its flavor the delicacy of the wine, and the sweetness of the red fruits, which are complemented by the strength of marked oak notes, similar to the best wines.

Greater body and character

Our Ancestral Coffee is processed as “Natural”, sweet and vinous notes stand out; obtained by carefully drying the coffee cherries without quitting its pulp, with all its fruit attributes. This method also gives a greater body and character with a pleasant and persistent residual flavor, it is also the most ecological coffee that can be produced, as we do not use water in this process.
